The Biennial Event of the World's Great Rivers

The Maison de Loire in Anjou, in partnership with the regional authorities, is putting on a whole host of events over several months to give the local population – and those a bit further afield – the chance to find out about a foreign river through varied approaches

After the success of the first two such events in 2008 (the Niger) and 2010 (Mekong), the Maison de Loire in Anjou is this year being supported by the Vallée Loire Authion municipality community with regard to all the festivities.
