With ever-growing interest being shown in recreational activities connected with the Loire and the Vienne, visitors’ questions are many and varied: what are the best spots? What species can be observed? At what time of year? What can be done about invasive species? What are the current regulations? And so on... The Loire-Anjou-Touraine RNP is set to provide a free short “in the field” course on the Loire and Vienne’s natural heritage and the regulations in force on the two rivers.

The course is intended for local government officials, technicians and actors in the tourism sector

The RNP has scheduled a choice of 4 dates for the half-day course:

  • Wednesday 9 March 2016 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.: Montsoreau/Turquant (49)
  • Monday 14 March 2016 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.: La Chapelle aux Naux
  • Thursday 17 March 2016 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.: Chinon
  • Wednesday 23 March 2016 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.: Les Rosiers-sur-Loire (49)
