In 2018, the Anjou bike festival will offer a new route between Bouchemaine and Saint-Florent-le-Vieil.
A course heading west which will showcase a less-well known area of the Loire, with no shortage of charm, including: islands and banks of the Loire, vineyards, views of Montjean and Saint-Florent-le-Vieil, ports and slipways in La Possonnière and Chalonnes, churches in Savennières and Béhuard, houses on their knolls, remains of the Ferme du Désert and traditional boats. These routes will be offered in rotation (even years) with the current route (odd years), open to the east between Bouchemaine and Montsoreau.
